Terms of use

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [OWNER: full legal name or business name] ("we", "us"), who runs AI Producer. By creating an account or using the app you accept them and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What AI Producer does

AI Producer helps short-form video creators turn ideas and reference videos into AI analyses, scripts and shoot plans, and plan their shoots with a calendar and reminders. The app never films or records video: you film with your own camera. The app needs an internet connection and a Google account to sign in.

3. Your account

One account is for one person. Keep access to your Google account safe, because anyone who can sign in to it can use your AI Producer account. Tell us at support@ai-producer.app if you think someone else is using it.

4. Tokens and limits

AI features cost tokens. Tokens only unlock AI features in the app: they have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not personal property.

• Monthly tokens. The free plan currently gives 80 tokens each calendar month. They refill on the first day of the month in your time zone, and unused monthly tokens do not carry over.
• Daily limit. On the free plan you can spend up to 30 tokens a day. The day resets at midnight in your time zone.
• Prices. Each AI button shows its price before you tap it, and Account → Tokens lists all prices and what you have left. Current prices: importing and analysing a video 10 tokens (20 for a video longer than one minute), a plan or script 15 on Standard (40 on Best, where your plan includes Best), hook variants 3, rewriting a line, an interview question or AI tidy up 1, voice input free.
• Refunds. If an AI step fails without a result, its tokens come back. Tokens are not refunded for results you are not happy with.
• Fair use. Some cheap actions also have a daily count limit (for example voice input and line rewrites), and AI features may pause for the rest of the day when the service's overall AI budget is used up. The app tells you when this happens.
• Changes. We may change plans, token amounts and prices. The current numbers are always shown in the app. Any paid plan or purchase will show its price and terms in the app before you buy, and will be handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into the app (ideas, videos, profile, notes) and to what you create with it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and transmit your content only to run the app for you, including sending it to our AI provider Google Gemini after you agree to that in the app. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that age out within 30 days. We do not use your content for advertising and do not sell it.

6. AI output

Analyses, plans, scripts, hooks and other AI output are generated automatically. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other people's content, or unsuitable for your audience, and we give no guarantee of their quality, originality or results (for example views or followers). Check facts, claims and anything that could affect someone else before you film or publish. You are responsible for what you film and publish. As between you and us, you may use the output you get as you wish, subject to these terms and the law.

7. Acceptable use

• Only import videos you have the right to use: your own, ones you have permission for, or ones you may use for reference under the law and the terms of the site they come from. You are responsible for that choice.
• Do not use AI Producer to create or plan content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, harasses or deceives people, or breaks Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
• Do not try to get around token limits or security, create accounts to collect free tokens, overload the service, access other people's data, or copy, resell or reverse engineer the app or its server, except where the law allows it.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in AI Producer infringes your rights, write to support@ai-producer.app with the content, your rights and your contact details. We will review it and remove the content where appropriate.

9. Changes to the app

AI Producer is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. For changes that affect you significantly we tell you in the app (Account → What's new).

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts the service or other people at risk, and where possible we tell you why first. We may also end the service as a whole with reasonable notice so you can export your data. When an account closes, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy, and unused tokens lapse.

11. Warranties and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or reach, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

12. App Store

If you got the app from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You also agree to the App Store's usage rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using AI Producer after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, delete your account.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [OWNER: country, for example Ukraine], and disputes go to the courts of [OWNER: city and country], unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to use its law or its courts.
