In the app: Account → Support
Write from the app
- Open the Account tab and tap Support.
- Choose a problem, a question or an idea, and write what happened.
- For a problem, "Attach app log" is on, so we can see what went wrong. Turn it off if you prefer. The app removes sign-in tokens, keys and email addresses from the log.
- Our replies show up in Account → Support, in the same conversation.
When the app shows an error, tap Report: it opens a message with the error already filled in.
Write by email
Send your message to support@ai-producer.app from the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account. The app version (shown at the bottom of Account) and your iPhone model help too.
Delete your account
- Open the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your ideas, references, scripts, plans, AI memory, hook templates, support conversations and spending history are removed from the server right away. There is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone. Server backups that still hold the data age out within 30 days. If you cannot open the app, email us from your sign-in address and we will delete the account for you.
Export your data
In the Account tab, tap Export my data, then Share my data. You get one JSON file with everything stored for your account. Save it to Files or send it anywhere you like.
Common questions
When do my tokens refill?
On the first day of each month, in your time zone. Account → Tokens shows what you have left, what each AI step costs and when it refills. See the terms for the limits.
Which links can I import?
Links from YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. For a video from any other site, save it to your iPhone and upload the file from Photos or Files.
Does the app film or record me?
No. AI Producer never films. You film with your own camera; the app prepares the idea, the script and the plan.
Does my calendar leave my iPhone?
No. Calendar suggestions are worked out on your iPhone, and reminders are local notifications. Only the shoots you choose to save go to your account.
What goes to Google Gemini?
The text, videos and voice notes the AI features need, and only after you agree in the app. The privacy policy has the details.
